Yes. Our German-made membrane is rated B-s1-d0 — the highest fire classification available for a stretch ceiling — meaning no smoke, no flaming droplets and no flame spread. It's also non-toxic and 100% recyclable.

Absolutely. The track is fixed to the walls (or the existing ceiling) and the membrane is tensioned just below — typically dropping only 3–5 cm. It instantly conceals old ceilings, wiring, ducting and imperfections, and can be removed for access if needed.

Yes — the membrane is waterproof and resists humidity, making it ideal for the UAE climate as well as bathrooms, spas and indoor pools where plasterboard would warp or stain.
